GastroPan 2011 – A trade fair not to be missed
The third edition of GastroPan will take place between 18 and 20th of March 2011 in Târgu Mureş – Romania, at President Hotel’s Expo Center. The event will try to give complete professional answers to the entrepreneurs who are running or intend to start a business in a bakery or a confectionery and also in any activity that is related to the gastronomy and hospitality industry.
The organizers of the exhibition are the publishers of Brutarul-Cofetarul (“Baker-Confectioner”, in English) and Gastromedia magazines, which are the main source of information of the decision makers in bakeries, confectioneries, hotels, restaurants and bars.
